Reverse Osmosis (RO) is the technology of choice for water treatment today. RO is used in the water purification process to filter out dissolved solids and other large molecules by semi permeable membrane. Typical applications of RO technology are seawater desalination; boiler feed water process, product rinsing, microelectronics production, laboratory testing, biotechnology, and other process that require highly purified water.

Our Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) plants are designed to treat ground/surface or industrial water with <5,000 mg/L of dissolved solids (TDS) and <30 mg/L of suspended solids (TSS), to achieve potable water quality. The standard treatment process involves pre filtration (auto backwashing multimedia filters and cartridge filters), anti-scalant dosing to prevent membrane scaling, RO desalination and a CIP system for membrane cleaning.
Reverse osmosis (RO) is proving to be the most reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient process of brackish water desalination. In 2017, Enerba has succeeded in making a reverses osmosis desalination system at KKP Natuna Island for clean water needs in the region.
