Pada tahun 2017,  Enerba Teknologi berhasil melakukan commissioning instalasi desalinasi untuk PT. Smelting, Gresik Smelter &amp; Refinery. Instalasi ini menggunakan teknologi SWRO. Biaya energi pada sistem SWRO umumnya mencakup sekitar 30\u201350% dari total biaya produksi air dan dapat mencapai hingga 75% dari biaya operasional, tergantung pada harga listrik. Oleh karena itu, konsumsi energi menjadi salah satu faktor biaya terbesar dalam produksi air bersih.<\/p><p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"671\">Unit yang terpasang di PT. Smelting  \u2013 Gresik dilengkapi dengan energy recovery device (ERD) menggunakan turbocharger. Sistem ini sederhana dan hemat biaya, meskipun memiliki efisiensi yang lebih rendah dengan penghematan energi sekitar 40%.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59aeb0c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"59aeb0c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Otomasi PLC &amp; SCADA pada Instalasi Desalinasi SWRO<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4aba2894 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4aba2894\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"103\" data-end=\"478\">SCADA merupakan singkatan dari Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. Sistem SCADA adalah sistem monitoring dan kontrol berbasis komputer yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan serta merekam data operasional secara real-time. Sistem ini digunakan untuk akuisisi data dan pengendalian variabel proses seperti temperatur, pH, dan tekanan.
