BWRO System Overview

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is one of the most widely used technologies for water treatment today. It is applied in water purification processes to remove dissolved solids and other contaminants using a semi-permeable membrane. Typical applications of RO technology include seawater desalination, boiler feed water treatment, product rinsing, microelectronics manufacturing, laboratory testing, biotechnology processes, and other applications that require highly purified water.

Enerba Teknologi RO Series Systems are engineered to economically produce high-purity water by removing dissolved minerals, bacteria, particles, and organic impurities.

Our Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) plants are designed to treat groundwater, surface water, or industrial water with total dissolved solids (TDS) of up to 5,000 mg/L and suspended solids (TSS) below 30 mg/L, producing water suitable for potable or industrial use.

The standard treatment process includes pre-filtration using auto-backwashing multimedia filters and cartridge filters, anti-scalant dosing to prevent membrane scaling, reverse osmosis desalination, and a Clean-in-Place (CIP) system for membrane cleaning and maintenance.

Enerba Teknologi Reverse Osmosis Brackish Water offers a reverse osmosis water package designed to eliminate other salts and constituents such as bacteria, sugars, proteins, dyestuffs and constituents that have a molecular weight greater than 150-250 Dalton. High pressure pressure pump adjustment Enerba Teknologi-RO SW is calculated based on your water salinity and varies from 55 to 65 bar.

Enerba Teknologi designs and offers ready-made packages, easy to operate for non-industrial applications. The core desalination process is reverse osmosis. Semi-permeable membranes are used to separate salt water from fresh water.
