Ultra Filtration (UF)

ULTRA FILTRATION

UF System Overview

Enerba Teknologi Ultrafiltration (UF) systems are designed to treat surface water, tertiary-treated effluent, rainwater, and wastewater to produce potable water or to serve as pre-treatment for reverse osmosis. It handles a wide range of highly variable water sources with turbidity levels of <300 NTU and suspended solids of <150 mg/L. The standard treatment process includes pre-filtration (150-micron screen filter), the Ultrafiltration process, and an Air Scour System.

Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Recovery System

Clean-in-Place (CIP) and recovery systems are provided to ensure effective membrane cleaning and performance restoration. These systems help maintain stable UF performance and extend membrane service life.

Additional treatment steps before or after the UF process can be integrated to meet specific feed water or filtrate requirements, such as iron removal, pH adjustment, or sterilization.

Benefits of Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems

Enerba Teknologi Ultrafiltration

Enerba Teknologi Reverse Osmosis Seawater offers a reverse osmosis water package designed to eliminate other salts and constituents such as bacteria, sugars, proteins, dyestuffs and constituents that have a molecular weight greater than 150-250 Dalton. High pressure pressure pump adjustment ENERBA-RO SW is calculated based on your water salinity and varies from 55 to 65 bar.

Application

Our Reference

The ultrafiltration system was developed to address clean water challenges in areas with peat water sources, such as Pekanbaru, where peat soil conditions and the absence of potable water sources make clean water difficult to obtain.
