Seawater Desalination

Reverse osmosis (RO) has proven to be the most reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient technology for producing fresh water compared to other desalination technologies. In 2017, Enerba successfully commissioned a desalination plant at PT Smelting, Gresik Smelter & Refinery.

Brikish Water Reverses Osmosis

ENERBA-BWRO has proven to be the most reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient process for brackish water desalination. In 2017, Enerba successfully delivered a reverse osmosis desalination system for the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries (KKP) on Natuna Island to support clean water supply in the region.

Ultra Filtration (UF)

The ultrafiltration system is designed to address clean water challenges using peat water as the source, particularly in the Pekanbaru area, where peat soil conditions limit access to consumable clean water.

PT DuPont Indonesia is a manufacturer of pesticide fertilizers that generates wastewater which cannot be treated using biological processes. Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP) provide an effective, modern, and compact solution for handling pesticide wastewater.

Fermentor

The fermentation process deals with the growth factors of organisms; therefore, it requires a complex control and monitoring system. Our fermentation reactor is equipped with an automation system and SCADA to facilitate process control and monitoring

Liquid Salt 20% Production

The liquid salt production process for 20% concentration requires precise control of water quality and salt concentration to ensure stable and consistent output. Due to the sensitivity of the process, a reliable control and monitoring system is essential to maintain operational stability and product quality. Therefore, the liquid salt production unit is equipped with an integrated automation system and SCADA to facilitate real-time process control, monitoring, and optimization.
