Seawater Reverse Osmosis
Reverse osmosis (RO) has proven to be one of the most reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient technologies for producing fresh water compared to other desalination methods. In 2017, Enerba Teknologi successfully commissioned a desalination plant for PT. Smelting, Gresik Smelter & Refinery.
Unit capacity: 1,500 m³/day
Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis
Enerba Teknologi BWRO has proven to be one of the most reliable, cost-effective, and energy-efficient processes for brackish water desalination. In 2017, Enerba successfully delivered a reverse osmosis desalination system for the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) on Natuna Island to support the region’s clean water supply.
Unit capacity: 250 m³/day
Ultrafiltration
The ultrafiltration system is designed to address clean water challenges by utilizing peat water as the source, particularly in the Pekanbaru area, where peat soil conditions limit access to safe and consumable clean water.
Unit capacity: 720 m³/day

PT Dupont Indonesia is a manufacturer of pesticides and fertilizers that generates wastewater which cannot be treated using biological processes. Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP) is an effective solution for treating pesticide wastewater through a modern and compact system.

Fermentor
The fermentation process involves microorganism growth factors; therefore, it requires a complex control and monitoring system. Our fermentation reactor is equipped with an automation system and SCADA to facilitate process control and monitoring.

Liquid Salt Pilot Plant
The liquid salt production pilot plant with a 20% concentration is developed to evaluate and optimize process performance under controlled operating conditions. Due to the sensitivity of concentration and water quality parameters, the system requires precise control and continuous monitoring to ensure reliable and consistent results. Therefore, the pilot plant is equipped with an integrated automation system and SCADA, enabling real-time data acquisition, process control, and performance evaluation to support further scale-up and implementation.
